Uprising is strong through the roast, not the label. A medium-dark profile built for dense crema and full body, pushed as far as it can go before it turns bitter, and stopped exactly there. No burnt edge to hide behind. No sugar or milk required to make it drinkable.
We're a small roaster. Every batch is roasted in small runs and tasted before it ships, so what's in the bag is what we actually stand behind, not just what the label promises. We don't have the marketing budget of the big brands — so we'd rather out-taste than out-shout.
Uprising is bold enough to stand up on its own, and smooth enough that you'll still want the second cup.
